Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the OneWibe mobile application, website, Entertainment Mode, MicroLearning Mode, creator and community features, customer support and related services operated by VenusCrafts Pvt. Ltd. (“OneWibe”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

It should be read together with any just-in-time notice shown when a particular feature asks for information or device permission.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details such as name, username, email address, phone number, profile image, date of birth or age information, language and login credentials.
• Creator and community material such as videos, Wibes, posts, comments, likes, follows, captions, reports and messages sent to support.
• Information submitted for creator verification, promotions, surveys or partnership enquiries.
• Purchase and subscription status. Complete payment-card or app-store credentials are generally processed by the relevant payment provider rather than OneWibe.

Information created through use

• Viewing and learning activity, watch history, searches, saved items, reading or video progress, quiz activity, streaks, achievements and recommendations.
• Device and technical information including device or app identifiers, IP address, operating system, browser, app version, language, approximate region, notification token, crash data and request logs.
• Information from Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In or another login provider, depending on the method you choose and the permissions you grant.

How we use information

We use information where needed to provide the service, honour your choices, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate operational interests that do not override your rights. This includes:

• Creating and securing accounts and keeping you signed in.
• Delivering video, learning, feed, creator, community and subscription features.
• Remembering progress and personalizing recommendations across your selected mode.
• Sending service messages and notifications you have permitted.
• Moderating content, reviewing reports, preventing fraud and protecting users.
• Measuring performance, fixing errors and understanding how features are used.
• Responding to support, rights, deletion and legal requests.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers supporting authentication, hosting, cloud storage and delivery, notifications, analytics, communications, moderation, support and payments. These may include Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services and the app store or payment provider you choose.
• Professional advisers, auditors or business partners where necessary and subject to suitable obligations.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse.
• A successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to applicable privacy safeguards.

Profiles and public activity

Your username, profile details, creator uploads, Wibes, posts, comments, follower relationships and other community activity may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your settings. Content you make public can be copied or shared by others outside OneWibe. Avoid posting personal information you do not want others to see.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide OneWibe and for legitimate security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Retention varies by information type and why it was collected. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups or where the law requires retention.

We use safeguards such as encrypted connections, access controls, monitoring and service-provider security measures. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or raise a grievance. You may also:

• Update available profile details inside OneWibe.
• Manage notifications, camera, microphone, photos and other permissions in your device settings.
• Use in-product controls for history, recommendations or public activity where available.
• Request permanent deletion through the app or our account deletion page.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Deleting your OneWibe account does not cancel a subscription managed by an app store; cancel that subscription with the relevant store separately.

Children and younger users

OneWibe may offer content suitable for younger audiences, including a kids’ learning section. Where applicable law requires parent or guardian consent for a younger user, that consent must be provided before personal information is submitted or an account is used. We do not knowingly collect a child’s personal information without consent required by law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information without the required permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

International processing

OneWibe and its service providers may process information in India and other countries where they operate. When information moves across borders, we use protections required by applicable law and expect our providers to safeguard it consistently with their contractual and legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OneWibe evolves or legal requirements change. We will revise the date at the top and provide additional notice of material changes where required. We encourage you to review the current version periodically.
