How OneWibe handles your information

Effective 28 August 2026. This policy applies to the OneWibe app, website, streaming, community, and MicroLearning services operated by VenusCrafts Pvt. Ltd.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information including email, phone number, username, profile details, verification status, and Google Sign-In information.
• Viewing, learning, search, saved-item, quiz, progress, streak, like, follow, comment, and recommendation activity.
• Membership and transaction status; payment providers process complete payment credentials.
• Device/app identifiers, notification token, IP address, operating system, app version, request logs, and error/security information.

How we use and share information

• Operate and secure accounts, streaming, learning, community, support, and membership features.
• Personalize recommendations, send permitted notifications, analyze performance, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with providers supporting authentication, hosting, storage/CDN, notifications, analytics, communications, and payments, including Google/Firebase, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. Public profile and community activity may be visible to other users.

Security, retention, and your choices

We use encrypted connections and access controls, though no online system is completely secure. We retain data only as needed for the service and legitimate security, legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. You can update available profile information, manage device permissions, request access or correction, and request permanent account deletion. Limited legal, transaction, or security records may be retained where required.

Children and policy updates

OneWibe is not directed to children under 13, or a higher age required locally. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal data. We may update this policy and will publish the revised effective date here.

Account deletion

Request deletion inside the app or at our account deletion page. The page explains what is deleted, possible legal retention, verification, timing, and subscription cancellation.
