Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and VenusCrafts Pvt. Ltd. (“OneWibe”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for your use of the OneWibe mobile application, website and related services.

By creating an account, accessing content or otherwise using OneWibe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are below the age at which you can provide valid consent in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Keep your login credentials and verification codes confidential.
• Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

What OneWibe provides

OneWibe offers two connected experiences. Entertainment Mode may include micro dramas, Wibes, feeds, creator videos, original series, AI-generated content and titles such as Mahabharat. MicroLearning Mode may include original ideas from books, history, mythology, novels, Shlokas, kids’ learning and related image or video experiences.

Features, titles, languages, recommendations and availability may differ by account, device, region or time. Learning content is for general educational and informational purposes and is not professional advice.

Acceptable use and community conduct

Use OneWibe only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You must not:

• Post or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, defamatory or infringing material.
• Harass others, impersonate any person, manipulate engagement, spread spam or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Copy, record, download, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit content except where OneWibe expressly permits it.
• Reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or use automated systems without permission.
• Use OneWibe in a way that violates another person’s privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.

We may review reports, restrict reach, remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, OneWibe or the public.

Creator and community content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give OneWibe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute and promote that content as needed to operate, improve and market the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, prior shares, or legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit. You are responsible for your content and for responding to claims concerning it. OneWibe may provide tools to identify synthetic or AI-generated material, and creators must use required labels and must not use AI to deceive, impersonate or violate rights.

Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

Some features may require payment. Price, taxes, billing period, renewal terms and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Payments made through an app store or payment provider are also governed by that provider’s terms.

• Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation normally stops future billing while access continues until the current paid period ends.
• Deleting the app or your OneWibe account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an app store.
• Refunds are handled under applicable law and the policy presented at purchase, including the relevant app-store rules.

OneWibe content and intellectual property

OneWibe and its licensors own the service, branding, interface, software and content made available through it, including OneWibe Originals and original MicroLearning material. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the service for personal use while you comply with these Terms.

No use of OneWibe transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. References to books, historical works, mythology or cultural material do not imply endorsement by any unrelated rights holder.

Availability and changes

We continually improve OneWibe and may add, change or remove features or content. A title may become unavailable because of licensing, legal, safety, geographic or technical reasons. Streaming quality depends on your device and internet connection.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the date above will be revised. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OneWibe is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, that every item will remain available, or that user-generated content will always be accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneWibe and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Any liability that can lawfully be limited will be limited to the amount you paid OneWibe for the affected service during the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may stop using OneWibe at any time and may request account deletion through the app or our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks, non-payment or harm to other users. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable dispute-resolution rights, courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction.
