Terms for using OneWibe

Effective 28 August 2026. By using OneWibe, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. OneWibe is operated by VenusCrafts Pvt. Ltd.

Use of service

You must meet the minimum legal age in your country, use OneWibe lawfully, and use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to OneWibe.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting account access, and activity through your account. Illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious, or spam content is prohibited. We may remove content or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary.

Subscriptions and billing

Prices, renewal terms, taxes, and benefits are shown before purchase. Google Play purchases are also governed by Google Play rules. Cancelling normally prevents future renewal while access continues to the paid period's end. Uninstalling or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. See the Refund Policy.

Content availability

Titles may vary by geography, license window, or device capability. Streaming quality may vary depending on network conditions.

Content, availability, and liability

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant OneWibe a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the service. OneWibe is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights; otherwise, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Deletion, law, and contact

You may request deletion through the app or our account deletion page. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory local consumer rights, with disputes handled by courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka unless applicable law requires otherwise.
