How OneWibe handles your information

Effective 28 August 2026. This policy describes how VenusCrafts Pvt. Ltd. (operating the "OneWibe" service, "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the OneWibe mobile app, website, streaming, community, and MicroLearning services.

Information we collect

• Account and profile: email address, phone number, username, profile details and image, login and verification status, and Google account information when you choose Google Sign-In.
• Activity and content: titles viewed, playback and reading progress, searches, saved items, likes, follows, comments, quiz attempts, answers, scores, streaks, achievements, and recommendations you interact with.
• Membership and transactions: plan, subscription status, transaction reference, amount, currency, and billing status. Payment providers process payment credentials; we do not intentionally store your complete card or bank credentials.
• Device and technical data: device/app identifiers, push-notification token, operating system, app version, language, IP address, network information, request logs, crash/error details, and security signals.
• Support and verification: messages and attachments you send to support and any information you voluntarily submit for identity or creator verification.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, authentication, streaming, lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, social features, and customer support.
• Personalize content and learning recommendations and remember your preferences.
• Send service, security, progress, and promotional notifications where permitted. You can disable notifications in device settings.
• Process memberships, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot errors, measure performance, and improve OneWibe.
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, OneWibe, and the public.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that operate hosting, storage/CDN, authentication, notifications, analytics, communications, and payments for us. This currently includes infrastructure and services supplied by Google/Firebase, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, during a corporate transaction, or when you direct us to share it. Public profile details, comments, likes, and other community activity may be visible to other users according to the feature used.

Storage, security, and international processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in India or other countries where they operate, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and for security, dispute resolution, legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request permanent deletion of your OneWibe account and associated data from the app or through our account deletion page. Some transaction, security, or compliance records may be retained where law or a legitimate legal need requires it; retained data is restricted and removed when that need ends.

Your choices and rights

You may update available profile details in the app, manage notification permission in device settings, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or request account and data deletion. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

OneWibe is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
