Terms for using OneWibe

Effective 28 August 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and VenusCrafts Pvt. Ltd., operator of OneWibe. By accessing OneWibe, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of accepting these terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Service and learning content

OneWibe provides streaming, discovery, community, and bite-sized learning features including books, seasons, chapters, parts, audio/video, quizzes, progress, streaks, and achievements. Content is for personal, non-commercial use and general information or education. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, download except through an authorized feature, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service. You may not upload or communicate material that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, malicious, spam, or harmful to another person. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary.

Your content and community activity

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant OneWibe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights to submit it. Public posts, comments, profile information, likes, and follows may be visible to others.

Memberships, billing, and cancellation

Prices, billing periods, benefits, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Google Play are also governed by Google Play's billing and refund rules. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancelling normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Except for user content, OneWibe and its licensors own the service, software, branding, design, and licensed content. These terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and third-party services

Content, features, pricing, and availability may differ by device, region, or licence period. Internet access and a compatible device may be required. Third-party sign-in, payment, hosting, or links are also governed by their providers' terms. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, but will respect applicable consumer rights.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, OneWibe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using OneWibe at any time and request deletion through the app or our account deletion page. Deletion does not itself cancel a subscription managed by Google Play; cancel it in Google Play first to prevent future billing.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. Courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will handle disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may revise these terms and will post the updated effective date and provide notice where required.
